By agreeing to these terms on your commission form you understand and comply to everything listed below. Please read the terms before commissioning me.

PAYMENT
All payments should be in USD.
I have two options: Payoneer or BuyMeAcoffee!
BuyMeAcoffee is similar to Ko-fi, you just donate the amount of your commission after we’ve discussed the price. To use it you just need a card!

Payoneer use invoice system. To pay it you just need a card. You don’t need account to use it.

Full payment after approval of the sketch.
Full refund is possible if I haven’t started to work on your commission.
If your order is already in the process, full refund is NOT possible. However, I can refund half of the price.
Everything depends on how much has been done already.
Payment plans are available for orders over $200. First time using Payoneer? I’ll draw a headshot as a ‘thank you’ if your order is above $70!
Or a bonus sticker if you’re ordering a sticker pack and using Payoneer.
WHAT I WILL/WON’T DRAW
I don’t accept NSFW orders. However, tasteful nudity or bloody themes are acceptable.
I’m fine with drawing anthro/feral/human characters.
I’m not good with tech/super detailed stuff, but I’m always ready to try.
I love to draw dogs and nature scenes. Cool clothes are also my thing for sure.
I can draw comic pages.
I accept commercial and non-commercial orders.
If you are not sure if I’ll accept your order or not – feel free to discuss it with me before placing your order.
WORKFLOW
Firstly, fill out the order form. Please don’t hesitate to leave as many details as possible.
It will help me better understand what you expect to see in your commission.
You sent out the order form, what’s next?
I’ll be contacting you with a rough sketch after a few days since you placed your order.
If the description wasn’t clear enough I’ll ask you for more details.
If you want to change something on the sketch – let me know. Number of changes is unlimited on a rough sketch.
Full payment is after approval of the sketch.
Work starts after receiving the payment. I’ll tell you approximate turnaround time and will provide WIP’s of every stage.
Once I send you a WIP, please look carefully and notify me if you want to change something (major changes will cost extra).
If I won’t hear feedback from you, then I’ll put this commission on hold for a week, and will proceed without your approval after a week has passed.
In case if I missed something important from your reference sheet or description, I’ll gladly fix my mistake for free.
If it happens that you forgot to mention something that you wanted to change/add on any of the WIP’s that I’ve sent, I will NOT fix it for free. Edits after your approval will cost extra, price depends on the complexity.
I am NOT responsible if you forget to mention something you wanted in your commission.
If you want commission to be private please let me know before the payment!
If you want to keep your commission private you’ll have to pay the fee (it depends on your commission price). As I wouldn’t be able to use it in my portfolio and post it to my gallery.
You can request to have your commission info to be private on the queue page. Just pick “private order” in the order form.
TURNAROUND TIME
Two weeks up to a few months. Depends on the complexy of your commission. I’ll tell you approximate turnaround time after the payment.
I will ignore daily questions about the status of the order. I also won’t reply on weekends.
If time has passed and I haven’t contacted you yet – feel free to message me!
If you are pushy I have all the rights to ignore your messages and can decline to work with you in the future.
I respect you, please have some respect for me.
I will notify you in case of unpredictable delays with your order.
If you want to receive your commission as soon as possible or by a certain date, it is possible to make it a ‘top priority commission’.
It will add 20-40% to the base price. The less time left before the deadline, the more it will affect the price.
TERMS OF USE
As the artist I retain full copyright of the artwork.
All rights for the characters will stay with the respective owner.
As the customer you may use the art for any personal or non-commercial purpose.
You can buy rights for commercial use!
You have the right to edit your commission or ask for a PSD. file.
Do not claim artwork as your own.
Please credit me as an artist when you post the artwork online, for example on Twitter or FurAffinity.
Do not remove my signature!
I reserve the rights to use artwork in my portfolio, share it online (can be psd. files for educational purposes),
promotions, or to make a printed version (unless you’ve paid the fee for it to be private).
CANCELLATION & REFUND
I have the right to cancel commission at any time without any explanation.
If for some reason you decided to cancel your commission before I started to work on it, you will be 90% refunded.
Refund after I’ve made some progress with your commission is possible. I will take the % from the price for the work that I’ve already done (+ transaction fee).
I will not refund you after the work is close to being finished.
DISCLAIMER
Complex characters/markings/details can affect the price.
I can ask for extra if commission is complex.
I have the right to take as much time as I need.
I will keep you informed in case I need extra time.
PRIVACY POLICY
When you use our service, such as the order or contact form we will have to store certain data about you. We ensure that we will not share data with a 3rd party or use it for any marketing purposes.
